When the latest installment of the franchise, ‘The Last Jedi’, was released, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the corresponding Lego sets. After purchasing and building them, I have put together this buying guide for fellow fans who are interested in adding these sets to their collection.

1. Know Your Budget

The first thing to consider when buying any Lego set is your budget. The ‘Star Wars Lego The Last Jedi’ sets range from small microfighters to large, intricate builds. Take a look at your budget and decide how much you are willing to spend on these sets.

2. Choose Your Favorite Scenes

The ‘Star Wars Lego The Last Jedi’ sets are based on scenes from the movie, so it’s important to choose which scenes you want to recreate in Lego form. Some of the iconic scenes featured in these sets include the battle on Crait, Snoke’s Throne Room, and Rey’s training with Luke Skywalker.

3. Consider Playability

If you are buying these sets for a child or for yourself as a fan of both Star Wars and Legos, consider the playability factor. Some of these sets come with cool features like shooting missiles or sliding doors that add an extra level of fun to playing with them.

4. Look Out for Exclusive Minifigures

Lego is known for its attention to detail and their minifigures are no exception. Many of the ‘Star Wars Lego The Last Jedi’ sets come with exclusive minifigures that cannot be found in any other set. If you’re a collector or just love having all the characters in your collection, keep an eye out for these exclusive minifigures.

5. Check Reviews Before Purchasing

Before making a purchase, it’s always a good idea to check reviews from other buyers who have already built and played with the set. They can provide valuable insights into the build process, playability, and overall satisfaction with the set.

6. Don’t Forget About Display Value

If you’re more interested in displaying your ‘Star Wars Lego The Last Jedi’ sets rather than playing with them, make sure to consider their display value as well. Some of these larger builds are incredibly detailed and would make great additions to any Star Wars themed display.
